A quick bite after my Secret Passages tour or an easy dinner after a long day walking, Le BAT (bar à tapas) is the place! Fresh and creative cuisine based on a tapas formula but with a French flair. The plates look really gourmet, the blends of flavours and the choice of ingredients are real good reasons to visit Amine CHRAÏBI, Joyce LEVI and Yariv BERREBY, the chefs of le BAT. The kitchen is wide open and if you feel like sitting at the counter, you will discover their cooking secrets. My favourites: Veal Tataki, candied peppers with cumin and feta cheese, Sea Bream Tartare, Thai Curry Citrus Broth, Herbs and of course the great Sunday Brunch.
